Ok I was able to adjust my TPS using the 3 pin connector. Now is it necessary to also adjust the square 4 pin connector? I'm just not sure exactly how you can adjust both without screwing it up? Right now I'm set exactly where I'm supposed to be on the 3 pin (I'm so happy, it took me awhile).
I also took out the new IAC valve and put my old one in with a new o ring. Seems to be running better.
