Tell me about it. I met this new guy at work about a year ago and he was super nice and an awesome worker......until his real side started to show. He was the most arrogant and selfish person I've ever met in my 34 years. He would do the stupidest things at work and then blame the rest of us for it. He never once admitted to any mistakes he made (and there were ALOT!). I've never screamed or yelled at anyone before until I met him. I literally blew up in his face cuz I was fed up with him giving everyone a hard time. He eventually got fired for stealing company time (taking long lunches while on the clock). My boss's words were: "I always wanted to take his head and mash it into the wall".

I was going to say at first, it sounded like me, after you got into the gritty details, I was like "Yea, that giy has surpassed me." Being a foreman, I kinda play nice at first, but after a little bit of screwing around, then I have to be a jerk. Thats kinda my job I guess.
