So I quit smoking after 30 years and 2 to 2.5 packs a day for the obvious reasons. So far I've gained 20+lbs, just busted a tooth on the stupid candy that's been keeping me from smoking. To boot I'm one miserable S.O.B. ............dfjmmf...............................

Dude, as a current smoker of about 12 years (I like Captain Black wine cigarillos), I regret every time I take another drag. There isn't a day that goes by right now that I don't wish I could quit, just haven't figured out what works for me yet...since eliminating stress isn't going to happen in my life any time soon :brickwall: Good on you for quitting brother, keep it up, before you know it you won't even have to think about it. An extra 20lbs is a helluva lot better than some of the sh*t smoking will do to us tooBoy,I miss my Camel Wide Lights........dfjmmf

I do walk alot, especially stairs. I also carry a 40lb tool bag on my back. That said I go to McDonald's and order 6 double cheese burgers and a 10 piece nugget. I'm 6 ft and normally 185 but I'm 197 now had to cut out the dum-dums.Im only 29 And have the same problem. I ride my bike every day, play with my kids at the park every day, have cut down my diet substantially, and still gain weight. Im 256 now, and would love to lose 20 pounds
