Once again I have solved my own problem. There was a ground wire that wasn't connected to anything. I actually posted it in my last thread asking what it was. I think it's supposed to be bolted to the engine, passenger side towards the rear. I bolted this thing down and suddenly my black wire is grounded. I'm going to assume the 13 volts it was carrying was an inductive current.

I'm not sure if this will fix my AC or not. I can't tell if it made the compressor work or not. I had it at and AC shop where they replaced a hose and the compressor and told me I would have to take it to the shop next door that does electrical. But they were closing up for the day, so I figured I'd see if I could fix it myself. Anyways I'll bring this thing back and have them charge the AC system. Hopefully this gets me going. 110f is killer.
