Just a suggestion I would store all mail/pm's on your HD (on your computer) along with on a portable storage device. Then print them out aswell.

Just to make sure you have the proper paper trail for this when it goes to the courts.

Damn dude, that sucks. I used to mod/sell xbox's and this happened a couple of times to me. Don't mess around with calling him and threatening to take legal actions. Unless he has a valid excuse (for example, his house just burned down), don't give him more then a week to pay up.

Sure makes you think, it's only been a 8 days sine that thread was made and half of America knowa.....and some in Puerto Rico too. I don't think this guy will be able to go ANYWHERE without some kind of confrontation. But it sure serves him right! Hope he get's whats comming to him, cause you know something is definatly comming.
