Im so frustrated. I order the CV centering yoke for my driveshaft from JC Whitney. When I got it, it was the wrong part. They said that it was the right part and number I ordered. I fought with them and got nowhere. Now I have to pay shipping out of my own pocket for there screw up. Im pissed as hell. So now my drive shafts will take another 2 weeks to get built cause I have to send the others back and find some place else to has the centering yoke.

If they sent the wrong part...Its their problem and should be their dime to pay shipping.

If you paid with a credit card as I try to do on all catalog orders and web orders..Cancel the charge if they wont fix it.

Thanks. I just ordered the parts from Advance Auto Parts. They had it and it will take about 4 hours to get it and they will deliver it to me. I have a dealer account with them and they deliever all the parts to me.

I had two experiences with ordering driveshafts or driveshaft parts, both through Tom Woods. I will never go elsewhere for driveshafts. He went out of his way to help me and got me exactly what i needed and FAST. He even sent 3 spare u-joints. COOL GUY with a COOL SHAFT! omg.........:rofl:

Next time, give him a call.

We ordered a driveshaft through Driveshaft Superstore and gave them the measurements three times and spoke with three different people and got a shaft that was a foot too short and totally unusable. They wanted us to pay to ship it back, we refused and stopped payment on the creditcard. Two days later we got an e-mail that we would recieve some prepaid labels from Fedex and to ship it back at our convience.

They think they have you over a barrel but it is the other way around. Stop payment on the credt card then you have the power. You have the money back in your account and you hold the driveshaft too. They will come around if they want to at least break even.

well I got the part from advance. quick and easy. I should of done it first. I just going to ship it back and get my money back. I dont want to bother with it anymore.

I had a MAJOR problem with Rock Auto. I ordered a fuel pump... got a Kickdown Cable.

I paid for 1 day shipping, and they wanted me to pay shipping back to them and shipping of the correct part back out. Took a ton of phone calls and disputing the CC charge to get it solved.
