Greetings Jeep Folks!

I was a proud owner of a 77 Cherokee, I loved that truck! Anyway I am now gettting ready to purchase either a 91 cherokee or a possible an 88 comanche that is in the paper where I live, in Colorado..... Paper says the comanche doesn't run and I have doubts about my 6'7" frame fiting into a vehicle that size. Advice on this would be appreciated, TIA.

Love the new extended wranglers but I really can't spend that kind of dough at this point.

I hope to move to Kentucky or Tennessee in the next year with my wife and our horse...

Anyway, hello. Glad to find this forum.

Welcome from WV!

A friend of mine whose 6'6" drives an 01 Cherokee and can't hardly stand it, but when he climbs in his '84 Cherokee he has plenty of room. And he likes my 2 door even better cuz it's easier to get in and out of with the 4 foot long doors. :D

Hope you find what you're looking for!

Reason why I'm in CO and want to move

I was raised in Florida, lived the last seven years in Colorado, and most of my family is in Illinois.

I love the ocean, lakes, rivers, and streams- I like the mountains too, but I feel way to landlocked here in Colorado. Because I grew up in a humid climate my body responds better to humidity.

I live near Glenwood Springs. I used to live in denver and I enjoyed it more than where I live now.... More available to do and see. Resort towns are nice places to visit not generally to live.
So we have the oil boom going on in this area and its just not like it was when I came here seven years ago.

Don't get me wrong, Colorado is a gorgeous place, I just live right next to the most expensive place on earth...Aspen. Here, I work two fulltime jobs just to make bills and I'm considered to be just floating above poverty level at 57k/yr...

So give me back east home prices where I can buy a place outright for 100k with land :D,.. Here its over 500k unless you own a condo (like me) or live in a mobile.

LOL Sorry I guess I kinds started ranting... Back to jeep stuff
