Ever since I put the K&N FIPK & the 62mm tb in my XJ, the throttle has been really light. If I sneeze it jumps. If I hit a bump I give it gas. This has its advantages on the road, but really gets me in trouble sometimes when I need to finesse the pedal on the rocks. Too many times I gave it a bit too much when I should have merely tapped it (and I was really trying). Is there a way to correct this?

I know all sorts of smart comments pop into your heads, but this is a genuine concern, so please spare me ... :p

Cool, sounds good. Thanks for the suggestions. Never knew there was such a thing, but where is the throttle spring located?

I figured the TB had a lot to do with it. I bought it off eBay a while back and I do like it ... and it doesn't whistle. But that hair trigger gets me sometimes.
