Here's my daily driver. Bought it new about 10 years ago...

After Hurricane Rita (and all the jammed freeways in the Houston area) I did this....

Starting having fun adding things, so I recently got a bumper with tire carrier.

We just had our every 25 year hurricane, so now I can't use the excuse to the wife to buy more goodies!

Oh I forgot the shot with my red rock crawling lights. Yeah I know it's a pimp thing.

Ike only got our willow tree in the back yard, and I think 1 shingle.

That is the DetoursUSA rough cut sls bumper with tire carrier. I asked them to tilt the tire mount, and it was done without question. Not that I've bought a custom bumper before, but I am very impressed with the quality of work.

I bet I spent a week looking for the "D" shackles to go on the back. Finally found them at "Bass Pro" shop, of all places.

I'm pretty sure the new "tailbone"? bumper with tire carrier will be coming out shortly. The "backbone" is their front winch mounting system. I was thinking about getting one of those until I "T" boned a little white truck that decided it was a good thing to do a "U" turn in front of me. Now I want something beefy. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get DetoursUSA to build me a custom front bumper, with winch mount.

Boy this stuff is fun, just expensive.

Thanks for explaining the difference between "tailbone" & "Backbone" I was thinking they were a series and there was a Backbone front and rear bumper set. Very nice no matter what it is called. I built my own junk as I can't afford expensive "store bought" bumpers.

Thanks. Some of the guys on naxja were giving me hell about them. Called them "ricer" lights. lol

Everyone in the family was shocked when I put them on. I explained to them I wasn't always boring.

I have 4 more to go. Two in the front and two in the back.

Rock crawling lights. They are LEDs.

I also have LEDs for the interior.
