what year are you looking at?

should just be one wrench to make the belt tighter on the 4.0. it is going to be behind the powersteering pump, and you loosen the idler pully, then tighten the bolt on the top. retighten the idler pully and you are done.

as for the oil pressure. Change the oil, still does not help, add a quart of lucas.

I do need a copy, now I added a quart of oil and the pressure is half way between the 40 line and the one before that one,, normally is at 40... and on the belt, well it also squeel a lil so my dad told me to put on some WD40 on it and now it does not make a sound and the alt gauge went up a lil.. I think its time to change the belt..

i sent you an email. IIRC the 4.0 according the the book uses the weight of oil you are using. One thing you can do is run better oil, like Castrol or something, and a better filter.

If this is something that came on all the sudden with your oil pressure, you need to really double check the level of your oil. If you are adding half a quart and asking about adding more, you really need to look that dipstick over good. If the oil is so black you cant read the dipstick through it, then change the oil with some good oil, put on a good filter, and put in the amount of oil your owners manual says to add.
