Hi, I've just purchased my first diesel powered Jeep Cherokee. I've had two 4 ltr Petrol Cherokee's (as company cars) but this one is paid for with my hard earned cash. After running quite a few sports cars over the years my requirements have changed and I found myself needing a 4x4 as I have a 7.5 metre Cobra Rib that I hope to tow to a few choice coastal areas here in the UK. I live 100 metres from the sea overlooking the Isle of Wight and spend most of my time in a boat or testing them on the water. I've had a few problems that I've overcome but although it's early days I'm quite happy with it.

Hey that's great. Welcome. Even though diesel is about $1 more a gallon here, I think it would be great to have a diesel powered XJ!
