I never did find the bottom of this (what I thought) was a small hole.

I forgot to put it in 4wd in the beggining of this video, so that's why I didn't go very far on the first try.

On Bear Run 3 it looks like you were just digging a deeper hole. Did you have to get some help to get that hole to release your XJ?

Yea blue I was on the hook 3 times yesterday. I've got a few more vids I'll get on later.

man, I see those pics, and im so afraid of that deep mud,, I can handel (mentaly) about 2ft deep of mud, but that just make me scared...

You just need some more practice is all.

Well I wouldnt suggest just jumping right into that your first time out but you will defiantly get more comfortable with more then 2ft.
The not knowing how deep it is when the front tire's break over, Is the fun part. Cleaning the jeep is the bad.

About 3 hrs and that's with a power washer. It's worth it..................
is that rearend (D35) still alive?
You know it, Still chuggin around on a Dana Turdy-five. I do have a axle seal leaking now so I would bet I lost a bearing on the drivers side this weekend.

My seal is leaking aswell, fun times.
so my question is. how do you keep the mud and water off your intake and alternator?
