Well that's a minium $5k repair bill. Prop hit the ground so the engine has to be gone through. Sad, but at least everyone walked away.

I'm guessing a little more than 5k. Sheetmetal work ain't cheap.

I magna-fluxed a crankshaft, that had a prop strike, when I was in school. It was cracked in so many places it was amazing that it still appeared to be one solid peice.

A country road or 2 lane highway woulda been better but right on the Interstate? Don't know about that one *lol* I had gone by the spot it happened maybe 30 min prior, I am always going one way or the other on this section of Interstate. Had I of not had a College football game to go to I may of been closer to watching it happen
