I am gonna try a 2 in junk yard lift if I can pull it off
so craigslist and pull and save for me
I will have to make a basterd pack ( thinking of the 1500 dodge van main leaf )
then figger out the front from there (Camaro Spring Isolators = 1.5" lift? maybe )
just wanna pop it up a lil for clearance and fun

A few questions
speedo cluster? can you just change sending unit and cluster and go like a toyota or is there more?

where do you like to remount your spare?

has anyone done the neon injector swap? what do you think?
ps pic are coming its not in my hands quite yet

Going to full gauges? Cluster plus oil and temp sending units
far out that is what I had hoped
so that will happen and on my list
speedo cluster check
sending units for oil and temp check
I almost should try to find a wrecked one with all the stuff I want

A guy can dream cant he
Shouldn't be hard to find
Zj rear springs will net you about 2-3 inches of front lift
I have neon injectors, only noticeable thing is a better throttle response. Didn't notice any more "power" :D

Most go with S10 springs for a bastard pack. dodge van may be too stiff.

I swapped my cluster and had to change oil pressure and temp sensor. In my case, my stock cluster had lower miles (85K) then the replacement (137K). Basically, I'm actually 50K lower than the new cluster. FWIW, I took a sharpie and marked on the back of the new cluster with the old cluster mileage, the current mileage on the new cluster and the date. That way if I ever needed to reference it in the future, I know where to find it. Just my OCD.

Opps, Its a 4 banger but, I dont care, it runs like a top
what do yall know about the 4 in this xj
EG: will it be able to handle 30s?
should I lift it ?

how long do these engines last ?
what kinda mileage can it get ?
so my bad on thinking its the 4.0
still exited to play with my new toy
Pfft. Should you lift it? Duh. Lol. It'll handle 30s no problem.
