I think and I am pretty sure my power steering fluid is leaking bc that the only place I see fresh clean oil build up at, my tranny is good, my engine oil is good, my axels are good and the leak is pretty much in front and in the middle of the xj.. on the ground.. so I guess is PS also a lil tip I get is that I have to refill the PS fluid every other month.. so I guess thats it.. how do I know if I have to take it to a big shop and or if I can fix it myself..

Depends on where the leak is coming from on the PS pump..Is it a hose, or the pump iself...you could just replace the hoses and see if that works an if not put a new pump in.. As Elnino said a PS Pump is really easy to replace.

took this pic from stryker. this is were most of the oil is at, but since the skid plate is in the way im not sure for sure.. so Ill have to take that out..

Take that skid plate off and get some carb cleaner and clean all the oil off then see where it drips from and follow the trail to the culprit..

Use a floor jack to help hold it in place while you unbolt it..
