I wonder...what would the outcome have been if everything was the same EXCEPT Joe Biden was the Presidential candidate and Obama was his vice president. Would Oprah (and the rest of the celebrities) still have given her (their) support the way she did? Would so many people have come out to vote that wouldn't have normally? Was this election more about politics, or something else? There is no possible way to know the answer to this question, but I'm guessing things may have been different...

In any case, I hope things go well for your country as well as mine, because what happens there effects us as well. It will be nice to hear a president who has a good grasp on the English language and use of it for a change (as opposed to "The Internets" and "The Googles"). Should be some interesting times in the next little while.

Well...first you...um...WE...need to bring our boys and girls back home from the middle east, then get to work on the economic situation. Tell Obama to give Canada a call, as it looks like we're going to come out in better shape then most countries in this current economic situation. It's going to get worse before it gets better. So party tonight, cuz the poop has yet to hit the fan!!!
