I think you already have an invitation to Alaska IIRC. Although he now lives in a much smaller place he would probably play host while you look for a place and a job.

also in alaska you get paid to be a resident..

Ya I have a open ended offer to go to Alaska and to help start up a Jeep Offroad Adventure company. Just one thing, to move there will cost me about $5000.. Money I don;t have as of yet..

Well its not cheap but with a decent paying job you will be alright. I guess it depends on how much you are going to make.
