Is there a way to make the back seat of a 1999 Jeep Cherokee safer?

I need to put kids with booster seats in the backseat. They need a head rest or higher back seat to prevent whip lash.
Is there any after market Jeep Cherokee back seats?
Can a back seat from another vehicle something else be swapped in?
