Who's battery lasted the longest??? My 01' Cherokee is still on the OEM. Pure magic as far as I'm concerned. Especially after the amount of times that my Cherokee has been airborne.

Well the longest I have had a batt last in the XJ is 2 years, for some reason my jeep doesnt like batteries.

put a new batery in mine when we first got it. It didn't need it but we upgraded it anyway.

Mine had one of those wal-mart specials in it when I got it a year and a half ago. Battery works fine I guess but I need to replace it as it is continuesly making everything rust :brickwall:

Thats what I run aswell, I guess thats probably my problem.

Wow, I guess my batteries are hopeless.

I did that to one in my '76 CJ... rolled down a hill 50 foot and into a tree. Popped the caps off and I could see the plates loose inside of it.

Thats what I run aswell, I guess thats probably my problem.

I have been running one since 2004 with no problems.

Had the XJ for almost three years, never paid any mind to the battery. It works, so I'll replace it the day it stops.

I know what you mean, last time my battery went out I told myself to get one but I just couldnt fork over the money.

I'm starting to feel like my luck is running out on the stock battery. I'll be getting an Optima next though. As much as I abuse the Cherokee, that stock battery should have lasted a week.
