I think I know what you are talking about, but specifics and pictures help. 4.3L is probably thinking sun visor, inside the jeep. I have a hunch you mean a moon visor, outside the jeep. Good f'n luck finding one. They are unobtanium and will cost an arm and your left nut to get one. Ask Gluck, he found one. Lol.

Gluck did indeed find one many years ago. And no it isn't for sale. The lighted visors are called moon visors, and the "nonlit" ones are called sun visors. I have seen the made in Poland ones on eBay. But don't know anyone that has actually bought one but reviews have complaints about poor fitment.
I saw one in rough shape for sale a few months ago, but it was already gone.
