DuhI dont get it?
Its a picture of my lifted jeep next to one that isn't. It shows the difference between the two. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has taken a picture to see the difference in sizes.I dont get it?

Maybe I'm wrong and I'm the only one that thinks about these things, just thought it would be fun to see.
I know what you mean. I'm not satisfied with my lift either. I'm trying to get into the "Jeep" way of thinking though. I had a lifted full size pickup before and with the 4" lift and 36.5" tires, I had to use the steering wheel to pull myself up into the driver's seat. That was fun driving that rig.I've done it ... did it a lot when I first got my 3 inch OME lift. I was never satisfied and kept comparing. Heck, I've got 5" now & I'm still not satisfied. I wasn't convinced by this pic, but after I ran a straight line (in the pic) across from the top of his bumper, taillights & bottom of his window to mine, I felt better. My XJ has always seemed small to me. That blue XJ still works there too. I might get another pic one day for comparison, LOL.

Y'know what? I never looked at it that way. I'm very nervous about driving in water because I like my carpet plus I can't swim. I too have 2 ft from door sill to ground ... so I can ford about 22" of water (still chicken!). Looking at it like that will certainly help my perspective on the trails.... I have two feet of clearance between the ground and the bottom of the doors. That's really deep water and would take care of 90% of the flooding we get here in Houston.
