Last nite my hood flew open and smacked the window while running about 35 down the highway It didn't bust the windshield but it bent the hood and crowl bad. So i have a project for the next week.

welcome back dude. I never seen a hood pop open at only 35 mph. Sounds like the movies.

The head work, The hood, another tail light, some homemade shackles that my bro-in-law made for his old cherokee, the headlights both went out because it kicked off of a jack when changin tires, New tires, spent two hours trying to open my tailgate, spent three hours trying to get it out of the lake sunday nite, the list just keeps goin.

Why was it in the lake? Jeeps can do a lot of things........but they don't float,a boat would probably work better....:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Leesville Lake is down all the way to the old river bed so I went fishin and coming back out I got off the trail comin up the bank and ended up in a creek!!:brickwall: Took two hours to dig the front tires out then an hour to dig out the front end. Then we had to go get 25lbs of kitty Litter to get it to come out. We couldn't get a truck big enough to pull it out!

Kitty Litter is the best thing since slice bread! Pic will come tomorrow.

This is a pic of it before it buried the front end! Yes I know I should have stopped here But I didn't. It was like driving into a bowl of soup. It buried it to the top of the bumper.



I have no pic of it completely buried I was too busy trying to get it out.

The hood is a little bent just bought a new cowl. Srry but my GF deleted the pics of the hood before we fixed it(she thought i had already got them off the camera).

I aint goin to get mud tires tll i lift the jeep I'm running 235/5 r15s Goodyear Wranger Radials.
