hey guys, love the site, hope to share some good info.

i have a 200 WJ limited, totally stock, want to add a small suspension lift mainly due to cost, but want to beef up the tires a size ot 2 and not worry too much about hitting something on a mild trail, don't want to break anything. thinking about a daystar type "stock" spacer lift.

any worries?

Yeah...No problems with that type of lift. Just check around before ordering because those lifts often go on sale from one company to another.

Here's a couple of links:
Iron Rock Off Road - 2" Lift - $159.99
Rocky Road - 2" Lift $249 (incl. Shocks)
Rock Krawler - 2" Lift - $350 (incl. Shocks)
Quadratec - Daystar 1.75" Lift - $159.99
Teraflex - 2" Lift - $223.99
Rusty's Off Road - 2" Lift - $120 (add $110 for shocks)
Kevin's Off Road - 2.5" Lift - $199.97

Probably worth pricing out a couple of your local parts stores too. That should give you an idea of the wide range in prices for relatively similar kits though. I would also recommend a set of sway bar disco's (There's a thread somewhere about making your own, just google it), and depending on what kind of trails you want to do, some rocker protection. (the first time you land on a rock, they'll have paid for themselves).

Personally I'd go with Iron Rock or Kevins. They have great products, and great customer service.

Anyway, let us know what you end up going with.

Later.
