No heat!

So I haven't had heat for about 5 yrs now, I by-passed my heater core but I also used to live in central FL, not the case now. I was wondering of anyone had a easy approach to replacing the heater core without removing the dash completely. I can do the work myself, just don't wanna do extra work if I don't have to, I'm a busy dad and supervisor.. thanks for the input!
