2000 Cherokee has a 8.25 rear. Now this might help but a Lock-Right for a Dana 35 can also be used in the Dana 30 front axle..
Hey thanks Im prolly going to return it just because I want one in the rear but I found a chrysler simble underneith side this must be right?

You either have a d35 or a c8.25 in your 00. A c8.25 has flat corners on the bottom of the pumpkin.

Also the Axle tubes on the 8.25 are larger ( I think 2.25" ) where the D35 has smaller axle tubes (I belive its like 1.75")

if you have abs, its a 35. if not, 8.25. 8.25 is flat on the bottom too.

Serious? This is something i never knew. I had the 30/35 combo in my tj and never knew they were both the same. I ran lockrights in both.
