Howdy, and welcome to Cherokeetalk! Unfortunately we can't even begin to help you unless you provide some information. What make, model, and year is your vehicle? This forum focuses on the XJ, ZJ, WJ platforms, but we try to help with other Cherokees as well if we can. It also helps to provide a location in your profile so we have an idea of how your Jeep may be configured or what parts sources are available to you. For example, some members in other countries can't order from the same places we take for granted here in the states.
Pictures are the easiest way of helping provide info. Sometimes we can see something you can't. I suppose for keyless entry we don't need that though.
Did you buy the Jeep new or used?
Recently or awhile ago?
Has it always had this issue or did it start recently?
Did you check the owners manual? It may mention needing to have the fob reprogrammed either with a sequence or at a dealership.
Post some pics, make an introductory thread, and make yourself at home.
