so I have a 2000 cherokee sport with 2 separate questions I think. drivetrain is stock aside from lockers and 4 hole injectors... but if I were to say power brake it it revs too about 2000 rpms then acts like its hitting the rev limiter. also after say 20 miles I get bank one and bank 2 rich codes at the same time. all new sensors on the throttle body, new cam sensor, and new 4 hole injectors as well as new plugs, new fuel pump, and all 4 new 02 sensors. but Im running out of ideas please any 4.0 gurus help me out

Did you reset the ECM after you replaced ALL those sensors? Pull both battery cables, touch them together for about 30 seconds, pull on the headlights, turn them off. then reconnect the battery. you need to let the computer relearn all those sensors. Give it a tank of fuel to complete the relearn process. And, if they are cheap part stores sensors, they could be bad out of the box.

oh, 1 more thing. don't power brake. just don't...

You may also have a problem with the throttle return spring and I would suggest checking your fuel pressure when it is revved up to high RPMs
