IMO, I gues it comes down to one of two choices as Bob Barr has no chance to be elected.
1. A politician that is just that, a Washington politician. OR,
2. A candidate that is the same but is also shown Socialist/Marxist tendences.
To me while prefering neither, the choice is pretty clear. We can discuss the things that are wrong with either of them, and complain about how things are screwed up with the PEOPLE running our government but in the end these are our choices.
IMO if some voters have not made up your mind at this late stage of the game, they are voting not because they are informed on the issues, but out of emotion. Touchy/feely has no place in elections, especially for the most powerful man on earth, the US President!

Sometimes you cant/dont take care of your family.He lives in a mansion and his aunt lives in poverty, and his brother in Kenya is living on less than a dollar a day. Obama is here to take care of us like he does his family.
I have an uncle. Drinks way to much. Has several vehicles, a house, no job do to medical damage to his arms. Basically he worked so long that his arm muscle and tendents are damaged so his arms are useless.
The reason the family doesn't help him...is because he wont help himself. We tried helping him for a few years. Then it became obvious that he wouldn't sell his Van, Motorhome, 2 motorcycles, etc. Nor would he stop drinking and smoking. So why should we continue to help him..when he wouldn't help himself.
As for obama's family...Who knows. My story is one option as to why families sometimes turn their backs. After a few years of trying to help...sometimes they just need to help themselves.
