I'm not old but my body is in the same shape as a 70 year old. When i was in college, i lifted VERY hard. I mean i was going insane in the gym and put on 42 lbs in 3 months, and that was with 8% body fat. Kept this up for a couple years and i guess wore out all my joints. I have popping knees, cartilage damage in wrist, bad back, sore shoulder, etc.wth you are not that old...i will expect that answer from someone else man....cmon...
