but also the other day I saw a hood mounted spare tire on a Toyota Landcruicer ... but the heat might mess that up,, IDK..

Well I think that one is going to be pretty shakey on the trail. It needs to be triangulated like the bumper mounted ones are.

yeah yesterday I took the spare out and put it ontop of the hood and it does not look good nor has good visibility

Well I would imagine that the hood mount would also lessen MPG.

So rear is going to be your best option, I would avoid a rear hitch mount. Save your money and get a basic spare tire carrier.

Not doubting you, maybe in the time it takes to find one you will save enough money to buy a new rear bumper.

well IDK, bc I need new rear leaf first, and that will be about 2x 112 = 224 plus shipping that will be real high maybe something around 50 to 100 bucks, bc those are heavy.. and cant be shipped via USPS IDK
