Well after a trip to crozet, I managed to snap a front outer stub shaft which in turn blew out the lockout. I managed to make it 6 years on the stock 30 spline outers, the inners are already 35 spline. I ordered up some 35 spline outers and 1 extra for good measure. Never hurts to have a spare

I also have a set of these on the way, they should arrive Tuesday

40"s, I use finess rather than throttle, driving style has alot to do with how much abuse a part gets

That's kinda how i drive. I ran my dana 35 on 33's for 2 years, locked, and never broke it. It was wheeled on heavy 31" ltb's prior to the 33's for 2 more years. You know how that axle is....WEAK.

Yeah that was funny, I was only testing it after makeing some changes and did not even try and took 3rd place
