My heater core is leaking so i had to bypass it till i'm able to afford $800 or so to fix it. :brickwall: In the meantime, i got a small in-cab heater that's used in those big construction trucks.





It's 300w and direct battery hookup. I'm curious to see how well it works. It's mainly gonna be used to defrost the windshield. If it heats the cab some, cool!

I feel like i'm driving a willy with no heat. :)

It's kinda poopy. :(

It does blow a bit of hot air, almost like a china-made-walfart-sold blow dryer on low setting. it's hot though and may increase the in cab temperature .04 degrees. I'll find out tonight on the way to work. :pop:

I did find that it's kinda too big to sit on the dash and heat my windshield, which is a bummer. I have to hold it there till it does it's magic in about 2 hours. I think i would have better results putting my as$ cheeks up on the window.
