Welding
Anyone do any welding? If I were to get into fabrication of say, a winch bumper. What type welder would I need?

A 110v welder would be nice because I could use it in more places than my shop bound 220v one. But you need no wind whatsoever to use the argon outside as it will blow away and your welds look like crap.
