how much does an over haul kit for the tranny cost?

and what book is it good to rebuild?

i found a master rebuild kit at autozone for $138
i cant find a torque converter...and....what else do i need??

i need someones advice...pronto....

the zj i was looking at is going for 300 bucks now!!
